Isolated molecules cannot be organically certified. WOW CREAM is a sophisticated formulation of extracts from plants creating bio-active ingredients that have been on the market for years, these ingredients meet European purity standards and are tested by dermatologist. 

WOW Cream is formulated to be an ALL-IN-ONE multipurpose product. We believe you do not need to add other creams, if you do, WOW CREAM is a base before foundation and sunscreen.

SOFT PRODUCTS does not test on animals and does not ask others to do so. For this reason, none of our cosmetic brands or products are sold in mainland China since such sales require animal testing for registration purposes.

Our products are free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, animal oils, coal tar dyes, formaldehyde, mercury, oxybenzone. If you have questions about any ingredient, please reach out to us here.

No, we do not offer samples. However, please order and if you're not satisfied contact us!  WOW CREAM is formulated to be used long term. A sample would WOW you with texture and fragrance, but wouldn’t be enough for you to have a proper trial of what WOW CREAM can do for your skin.

Read any ingredient label for men and women products and they aren’t much different. We do not add coloring and our fragrance is based on essentials oils suitable for men and women. Quality ingredients are for everyone! Some talented unicorns use our products for the brightest shine :)

In order to import products into Japan, one must possess manufacturing and import license. Vicella laboratory is a Japanese company that certifies ingredients, quality and imports the products into Japan for Soft Products.

It costs a lot of money to pack and ship, we pass the savings onto you for ordering in several month quantities.

WOW CREAM comes in airtight packaging that keeps air and sunlight out. Please store at room temperature. Room temperature range is anywhere from 15 °C (59 °F) and 25 °C (77 °F).

Though many of our customers are from China we do not sell nor ship there. Mainland china requires animal testing and we will not do that. So you will have to buy in Japan or USA.

Yes you can! Come hiking with us in the summer in the Swiss Mountains! 

SOFT PRODUCTS is a small company based in Tokyo, Japan. We plan to keep our production batches small. This means sometimes we are sold out.

We use Japanese and US payment processors. Sometimes these processors have difficulty processing foreign credit cards. Please call or email us.
